We led Reflow’s $15M Seed to close that gap, by bringing workflow intelligence and the AI automation it unlocks to enterprise operations teams.

Reflow's founder Uğur Kaner experienced this problem firsthand. As the founder of Collective, which raised $80M+ and dealt with large operational workforces, he saw how difficult it was to understand where work was actually happening and where automation would have the highest impact. As every enterprise thinks through their strategy for AI-augmentation, the timing is right for a scalable solution that empowers leaders to make smarter decisions and continuously monitor the results.

The team has built a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that makes operational work observable — showing how work flows across systems and teams, identifying what to automate, and measuring the ROI of those changes. Reflow turns operational work into structured data that leaders can actually act on, without traditional time tracking, self-reported data, or complex integrations. We led Reflow's Seed because we believe this visibility layer will become foundational infrastructure.
