Lisa manages events and community operations. She draws on her diverse experience and organizational expertise to create events and opportunities that bring people together, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration. Lisa believes in creating environments where individuals connect and thrive together.
Lisa studied Biology and minored in Music at the University of California, San Diego. Driven by a love for learning and exploring new skills, her career has taken her through various roles in operations, credit management, PR and healthcare, as well as a formative experience as an ABA therapist. These roles have shaped her perspective on community and connection.
Lisa moved to America at the age of two and grew up watching her Vietnamese immigrant parents work tirelessly for a better life. With her father battling Parkinson's, her mother took on multiple jobs to support the family, teaching Lisa and her sister the importance of resilience, consistency and dedication. Inspired by her parents' hard work, Lisa developed an entrepreneurial spirit early on, performing at music gigs in sixth grade to help financially. She went on to teach music and run a small business in high school to fund her college education. Lisa is passionate about music, Lagree fitness, cooking, exploring new cultures and spending time with family and friends. Her greatest joy lies in building connections that bring people closer together.
